Clients will be given 30 days for the submission of the following requirements:

Locally Employed

1. 3 pcs 1x1 pictures (buyer and spouse)

2. Photocopy of 2 Valid Government IDs (buyer and spouse, sign 3 times on the side)

3. Photocopy of passport (if OFW,include recent entries)

4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (if single)

5. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)

6. Photocopy of  Community Tax Certificate (Cedula, Buyer and Spouse)

7. TIN /TIN ID

8. Proof of Billing (Meralco, Maynilad, or other utilities)

9. Income Tax Return (ITR)

10. Latest 3 months pay slip or proof of remittances

11. Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation

12. Post-Dated Checks for the DP and for Monthly Amortization

13. Signed Developer Documents

Additional if OFW/ SEAFARER

1. Consularized Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation

2. Photocopy of Job Contract / Contract of Employment

3. POP Contribution / POP Receipt

4. Consularized Special Power of Attorney (SPA FORM)

5. Valid ID of SPA

Additional for Self-Employed

1. Income Tax Return (ITR)

2. Financial Statement

3. Business Registration

4. Business Permit and Licenses

5. List of Suppliers/Customers with Address and Contact
