PAYMENT TERMS:

SPOT CASH

The Buyer will pay the Total Contract Price and other charges (if any) within the agreed number of days after the reservation.

The buyer may avail a spot cash discount once the requirements are met.

*Spot Cash Discount is applicable to selected units/projects only.


DEFERRED CASH

The Buyer will pay the Total Contract Price in equal installment within a specified number of months (usually 24 months) at a ZERO percent (0%) interest.


FINANCING SCHEMES
The Buyer will apply for a housing loan at prevailing interest rate per annum.

   Bank Financing - may vary depends on the project. The buyer may also apply a housing loan personally to his/her preferred                                          bank

   Pag -Ibig or HDMF Financing Option is available for SHDC or Socialized and Affordable Housing Group.

 

   In-House Financing - it is a type of seller financing in which a firm extends customers a loan, allowing them to purchase its goods or services. In-house financing eliminates the firm's reliance on the financial sector for providing the customer with funds to complete a transaction.
